• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 1pm until 2.30pm, Check Out before 11am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Price is per apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No.
• Is heating included in the price?
  No.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  No, you have to settle before the arrival.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Italian, English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 3 floors and no elevators.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, they are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  There's an apartment with terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes with Satellite.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No: you can't receive any telephone call, but it is possible to call out.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  There's a dining room in the apartments.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  We have a convention with a Garage nearby.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At Avis, or Hertz.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Amerigo Vespucci, Florence.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  At 200 mt.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Santa Maria Novella.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  Yes at 10 minutes by foot.
• Are pets welcome?
  Sure.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes.
