• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Room prices are per day, apartment prices are per week.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Buffet brekfast included in the room/apartment price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Italian, English, French and German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  4 floors, 2 elevators.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  A few of them (mainly on the 4th floor).
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?

• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?

  In the lobby we have an internet point.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  We have a paying garage underneth the hotel.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At Hertz or Avis 200mt away from the hotel.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence Airport, 6 Km away.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  In front of the hotel.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Florence Santa Maria Novella station.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
