• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 10am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The rates are per room per night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Buffet continental breakfast is included in the rate.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  You can pay when you want.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Italian, English, French and Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  We are at the fifth floor of a modern building with elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  We have both quiet rooms (facing the back side of the building) and romantic rooms (facing the street but with the view on the Duomo).
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Some rooms have a little terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Some rooms have a little balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Ask for a no-smoking rooms.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  We have TV in every room and we can catch some international channel but we do not have satellite TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Every room has telephone with direct dialing.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  We have air conditioning in some rooms with no extra charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we have.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No we do not have a swimming pool.
• Is parking or garage available?
  We have an agreement with a garage with vallet service.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At less than 10 minutes walking.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence Amerigo Vespucci.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not have but you can find the shuttle at the train station.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  It is 2 minutes walking far from the hotel.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Firenze "S.M.Novella".
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No we do not have but there is a center at less than 5 minutes walking.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, we accept pets without any extra charge.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can.
