• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 4pm until 6pm, Check Out before 10am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No, the apartments is self catering.
• Is heating included in the price?
  No.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, the balance is at check-in.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  A little English and... a lot of Italian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are apartments on 2nd and 3rd floor. There is a small elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, they are. But remember that the apartments a re in the heart of Florence, then it is impossible the assolubte quiet.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Linen and towels can be supplied upon an extra fee.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, I have.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  There are TV in each apartment but no satellite.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No telephone, but ADSL 24 hours in each apartment with an extracharge.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is an extra charge.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  It is possible all dine 8 persons together.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, ADSL 24 hour with an extracharge.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Not near the apartment; the closest garage is about 10 minutes walk away. There is a park in a small square (Brunelleschi Square), very close to the Servi apartments. The cost is 1 Euros/hour from 9.00 a.m. to 7.00 p.m.. The nigth hours are free.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At Florence Airport or in Florence.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence Airport (10 minutes from the center of Florence by taxi)and Pisa Airport (1 hour from Pisa Airport to S.M.N. railway Station by train, directely from the Pisa airport).
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  2-5 minutes walk.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Santa Maria Novella railway station is about 15 minutes far away.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes.
