• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 10.30am, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, cold buffet.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French, Germany, Spanish and Portuguese.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Three floors and we do have a lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  We have only a few rooms facing the courtyard and we prefer not to promise it once everbody asks for them! In case of request we can add a special note to the reservation and we will do our very best to satisfy it.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  We have four rooms with a balcony.We prefer not to promise it once everbody asks for them! In case of request we can add a special note to the reservation and we will do our very best to satisfy it.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes. In case we apply the minimum price there is an extra charge of € 10,00 per day. In case we apply the maximun price there is no extra charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, not yet.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  No.We have an agreement with a private garage with extra charge and they pick up the car and bring it back when you leave.
• Where can we rent a car?
  We are located in the downtown and so near of the main rental car offices.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  "Amerigo Vespucci" Airport. Peretola, 5 km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The central train station "Santa Maria Novella".
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Firenze Santa Maria Novella.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, little ones.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Some guests have done this successfuly.
