• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 11am, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Prices are per room, per night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  The Buffet Breakfast is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Payments should be made on the departure, but if you prefer you can settle your bill regarding room and breakast at your arrival at the Hotel.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Italian, English, French, German and Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The Hotel has two floors with a nice modern lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All the rooms are very quiet, private and romantic.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No the rooms do not have a private terrace or a courtyard.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, there are no balconies.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  On a total of 27 rooms, 5 are for non-smokers.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  All the rooms are equipped with a TV COLOUR with satellite channels such as CNN or BBC.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes all the rooms are equipped with a direct dialling telephone.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes all the rooms are equipped with air conditionig free of charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  In all the rooms of the Hotel it is possible to access Internet with your own Pc.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, we are sorry we do not have a swimming pool.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes the Hotel has a small private parking for about 8 cars, free of charge. In case you need a garage we can suggest you some close to the Hotel to be paid direct.
• Where can we rent a car?
  We can help you renting a car, just phoning to a "rent a car" office. In case you need to rent a car before arriving at the Hotel, you can do it at the airport or at the railway station.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence International Airport is located just 4 kms from the Hotel.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  We are sorry, we do not have this service for the moment.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Public Bus Stop for numer 25 and 12 is just 3 mts from Hotel entrance.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Florence "Santa Maria Novella" Station is 2 kms from the Hotel.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, sorry, no Fitness centre in the Property but we can suggest you some close to the Hotel.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes small pets are welcome at the Diana Park Hotel.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, but we will be very happy to recommend you good typical Tuscan restaurants.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes it is possible.
