You could not control the room temparature. It was just too hot for a nordic person who has used to colder climate. Temperate over 26C is just too much. The Hotel should fix the controls...
Otherwise the hotel was really good.

I had two rooms, one for my wife and I and the other for my two adult daughters. On two separate occassions my daughters had electrical problems in their room. When I sought assistance the desk clerk was less than willing to help.

That is was a reasonably good hotel. If I had to compare it to another hotel I would say it is less of a hotel than Hotel Soffitel, which I stayed in upon my arrival in Florence.
