• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 3.30pm until 6pm, Check Out before 9.30am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No, it is not.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, it is.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can and we prefer.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Italian, English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are four floors and we do not have an elevetor.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  There are quiet and private rooms and some of them face directly the dom.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, they are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they have not a terrace/courtyard.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Only the apartment Florian does have a balcony with a beautiful view.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No, we do not have.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a satellite TV with LCD screen in both apartments.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there are in both apartments.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  There is air conditioning in all the rooms except the bathrooms, at an extra charge and it is not seasonal.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes, there is.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we do have.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there isn't.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Some garages are available where you can leave the car paying a daily ticket. We are situated in a ZTL area which means an area with limited traffic access (only residents).
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent a car at the airport, railway station and in the centre of Florence.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Airport Amerigo Vespucci of Florence, which is 15 minutes driving distance from our apartments.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we don't.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Piazza Duomo bus-stop at no more then 50 meters.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  It's Santa Maria Novella at no more than 1 Km.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there isn't.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, sorry they are not welcome.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there isn't.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can.
