- At what time can we check-in and out?
Check-in time is Saturday 4-7pm. (for weekend rentals Friday 4-7 pm); Check out time is 10-12 pm. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in. - Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
The price is per apartment, which accommodates max 4 guests. - Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
Breakfast is not included, but the kitchen is all yours! - Is heating included in the price?
Yes, heating is included in the price. - Can we settle the bill on arrival?
Yes, if you wish. - Which languages are spoken at the reception?
English, Italian and French. - How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
There are 5 floors in the building and there is no elevator. - Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
Definitely yes. - Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
Linens and towels are provided. - Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
There is a private roof terrace off the upstairs bedroom. - Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
There are two balconies accessed from the living rooms and kitchen. - Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
The apartment is strictly non-smoking. - Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite TV)?
There is a TV in the living room, but no satellite stations. - Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
At the moment there is no telephone but we are in the process of having one installed. - Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
No, air conditioning. - Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
The upstairs bedroom has a dining table for six, and the terrace can accommodate four people. - Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
No, but there are two internet points downstairs, one on our street and one just around the corner. - Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
No, there is not a swimming pool. - Is parking or garage available?
The nearest garage parking in the center is in Via Ghibellina. If you are arriving by car, we strongly advise parking at the Parterre garage and arriving in taxi and to forget your car, you don't need it! - Where can we rent a car?
You can rent a car from Travelcar, Via Borgognisanti 108R Tel.055/210202 or Avis, Via Borgognisanti 128R Tel.055/239-8826 or at the Florence airport. - Which is the nearest airport?
The nearest airport is the Amerigo Vespucci in Florence. - Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
No, a pickup service is not available. - Which is the nearest bus-stop?
There is a bus stop in the street where the apartment is located. - Which is the nearest railway station?
The nearest one is Santa Maria Novella. - Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
No, there is not a fitness centre. - Are pets welcome?
No, sorry, but pets are not allowed. - Is there a restaurant in the Property?
No, but you can prepare something special in the kitchen or you can taste some specialities in the restaurants near the property. - Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
No.
