• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 3pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  It depends to the offered rate. In case of rate inclusive of breakfast, it is Buffet breakfast.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, if you prefer.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, German and Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 5 floors and 2 elevators.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, all rooms are particularly quiet and romantic.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Yes, some rooms have a terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes, some rooms have balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes we have.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, all rooms are equipped with satellite TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  There is air conditioning at no extra charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  In the property we haven't, but clients can use the Internet and teh E-mail point at the Grand Hotel, just opposite the square.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  There is a garage service carried out by an external company with valet service.
• Where can we rent a car?
  On request with the concierge.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The airport is at 5 km. from the Hotel, by taxi is around 20 minutes.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Private transfer can be organised with an outside company.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  In Borgognissanti street, just 50 meters far from the hotel.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  It is "Santa Maria Novella" 1 km. 10 minutes walking distance.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  Yes, we do have a modern Westin Workout Fitness room / gym.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, they are.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, there is the "ORVM" restaurant.
  
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can.
