• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-in: from 14:00 pm. Check-out: within 12:00 am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Per accomodation.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes. Buffet breakfast.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Italian, English, German, Spanish and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  We have 4 floors and 2 elevators.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, we have quiet and romatic deluxe rooms and suites.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  We have 3 rooms standard and one suite with balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes. All our rooms are equipped with satellite television and telephone.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes and it is included in the rooms' price.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Each room has an internet e-mail point.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, a public garage is available at special conditions for our Guests.
• Where can we rent a car?
  There are many car-rental companies nearby. You can also rent a car in the Pisa or Florence airport.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  3 miles far from Hotel.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes we have.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bust stop is "B" e "D".
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  200 meters far from Hotel.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
