Conc 'directions to the prop' - We arrived by taxi from the airport, so we didn't need any 'map'.

There was no offer of assistance with our bags.

The bathroom had a great shower. The room was spacious by Italian standards, very clean & extremely private.

Our rooms were clean, spacious, and quiet. We were pleased since the hotel is on a busy street. The staff was aware of our likes and served us well.

We checked out at 5:00am, and the desk clerk was ready and brought our bags to the lobby. The manager sought us out the evening before to say goodby and wish us a pleasant trip home. Very nice.

A fine hotel close to the center of Florence. The staff was very accommodating to our needs. We would stay there again.

We arrived via taxi from the airport, so directions were not needed for us. The staff was friendly and welcoming. They helped take our bags to our room and showed us how to slide the key into the slot for the lights. We were very pleased with our welcome.

The staff during the day was exceptionally helpful. We had some confusion with the evening staff because of language barrier, I don't think she understood our request. The triple room was roomy and comfortable. We were very pleased with the accomodations, especially after a long flight. The breakfast was very full and well stocked. The hotel location was perfect as we were able to 'follow the river' to find our way back. We cut the street noise by running the air conditioner/fan but it wasn't bad even without the fan.

It is expensive to stay in Florence, so even though it was more than I would pay in the U.S., I wanted to ensure that we had a nice hotel to stay and it was very nice, even bordering on luxury.

The rooms include bathrobes for the guests, the staff is extremely polite and helpful - even getting tickets to see the David and calling a cab, giving directions to the attractions and good restauraunts.

It is a posh hotel in Florence, within walking distance to the main attractions, easy to find after a day of traversing narrow, winding streets. The hotel is clean, comfortable and welcoming. It is worth the extra $ to ensure a nice stay in Firenze.

Your photos were very good for the room we booked. I was imperessed with the rest of the hotel e.g. Lobby etc which I did not see photos of on your site. We had a great stay at this hotel and we were impressed with the hotel and your services. We would be happy to book through you again!

We stayed at the Grand suite for 1 night for our wedding night, the room was amazing!!! For the next night we decided to book the adjoining room , the staff gave us a good deal on this room which is much smaller but again really beautiful we were very happy with it also.
