• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In any time, Check Out before 9am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Price is per room, per night, taxes and breakfast included.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, it is and it's a continental buffet breakfast.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Italian, English, Francais and Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Hotel has 3 floors (ground floor, 1st, 2nd and 3rd floor) and has elevator and stairs.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Every room is quiet and romantic.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No. Just one room has balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes we do.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, all rooms have sat tv.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, all rooms have direct telephone.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, all rooms have air conditioning. It is seasonal. No extra charge for air conditioning.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No we don't. There is an Internet Point just 10 metres from the hotel.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Hotel has a private garage accessible 24 hours a day. Garage needs to be booked in advance: extra charge.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At Florence railway station or Pisa/Florence airport. Every major car rental Hertz, Avis and Maggiore are in the street of Borgo Ognissanti in the center of Florence.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  It's A.Vespucci Florence Airport, about 20 minutes by taxi from the hotel.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Just 120 metres from the hotel, at the train station.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Santa Maria Novella Train Station, just 120 metres from the hotel.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, using the direct telephone line of the room, just add one zero at the provider connection number.
