 Firenze Suite is located on the corner of via Nuova de'Caccini and via della Pergola in an historically listed building that was once home to a convent, and has preserved much of the original's highly decorative ceilings, some of which are beautifully adorned with recently restored fresco paintings. More recently, it was also home to the workshop of a famous Teatrical couturier, Cerratelli, whose insignia can still be seen at the entrance. |
 This is the veritable heart of Firenze Suite, with it's stylishly elegant reception area and lounge, though most likely you'll be struck by the warmth of the welcome you receive from our staff upon arrival, all of whom will work tirelessly to allow you to attain the fullest enjoyment from your Florentine experience. Our guests that are not staying in Via Nuova de'Caccini will be personally accompanied to the their lodgings after check-in by our highly capable personnel who will remain at their complete disposal for every necessity. |

Cultural information, ticket booking for museums, archeological sites and historical landmarks, private city tours with profesional guides or excurtions with english speeking private drivers to most important areas or cities in Tuscany; bus tours; outlet tours. We can arrange private transfers to/from other cities or train station or airport. We can book train tickets.
Health: we are just 200 meters far from Santa Maria Nuova Hospital; in any case we can arrange private doctor's visit directly in your room or appartment. Professional masseurs and physiotherapists can also be arranged. |
 Babysitting: if children need looking after, a babysitting service can be booked for as long as necessary. If you are coming to Florence for your wedding or for a special event, you can ask our reservation office what is more suitable for you: do you need 7 rooms all together for all your family? Do you need that your family stays all together in a buiding but you want to be in another palace (not too far from them) in a romantic room just for you? We have the solution! Just ask us.... |

 The whole of Florence is a shopper's delight, please ask reception to have advice on the more exclusive areas and shops not usually indicated on the tourist guides. We are in the center of town and all monuments, museums, churches etc. are walking distance. Romantic Candle Light Dinner can be arranged by concierge in "Nobilis" restaurant. As well as for sport lovers, tennis courts and horse riding may be organized at the Cascine, or a golf course at the Ugolino Park. |
