• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 1pm, Check Out before 10am.

  The prices are per room/apartment.

  No, breakfast is not included in the prices.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  You can settle the bill at you arrival and, at check out, just pay the extras.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Italian, English, French, German, Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  We have several buildings and most of the rooms are reachable with elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  We have quiet, private, romantic deluxe double rooms, suites and appartments.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  1 junior suite and 1 suite have an interior garden.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  1 junior suite and 1 suite have a terrace facing Ponte Vecchio and Uffizzi Gallery.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we fo have non smoking rooms and apartments.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Rooms have TV with international channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there are direct dialling phones in each room.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  In rooms/appartemnts there is air conditioning free of charge during hot season and heating free of charge during cold season.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  In all rooms/appartment there is wireless access free of charge.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is no swimming pool.

  Yes, we have a garage that make service for us (garageman takes and brings back).
