  Yes, heating is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak English and Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are two floors with a lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  We provide 2 changes of linen and bed sheets per week.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?

• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?

• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is cable TV in the apartment.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Not yet. A mobile phone can be provided on request.
  
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?

  Yes, parking is available but it is not private.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent a car at the Florence railway station or at the Florence airport.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airport is Amerigo Vespucci in Florence. It is at 6,5 km from the apartment.
  
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus-stop is at 200 meters from the apartment, in S.Marco Square.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway station is Santa Maria Novella in Florence. It is at 2 km from the apartment.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  No.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
