Lorenzo was most helpful and friendly. He was of great assistance in locating lost luggage. He was very professional in his work and if we come back to the Florence area we would certainly contact him and will recommend him and your company to our friends who are heading in that direction.

The web site was very good.
From a woman's point, I would suggest that you add night lights in the bathrooms and a robe hook on the door and if possavle an extra towel bar or two. It would have been most helpful if you could put a clothes line out the kitchen window, all the other neighbors had places to hang their clothes. A small container of coffee would have been appreciated,since most of the sotres were closed when we arrived on Sunday afternoon. We enjoyed our stay at the apartment and our visit to Florence. Francesca and Lorenzo were excellent at greeting and providing information of services in the area complete with maps. The apartment was well equipped and we were very pleased with the accomodation.

Francesca's English was excellent which helped considerably. She was very accomodating and helpful.

Heating was a problem but Francesca and Lorenzo were available and persistent in solving the problem.

Either grab bars and bath tub mats should be provided or it should be stated that the facility is not good for handicapped or disabled persons.
Also the distinction that the first floor is equivalent to our second floor should be made clear.

I have described it as spacious and lovely - roomy, well-equipped and clean. I also felt it was well located but one of the women in my group of 4 did not think so.

Your website is excellent -- the many photos helped us to make an informed decision and we were delighted with the apartment. Our landlord Lorenzo was extremely hospitable and helpful, dragging our heavy luggage up the two flights of stairs.

We were especially pleased with the thoughtful small touches, like the guidebooks and magazines that were in the apartment and the plentiful storage space. It was also immaculately clean.

Cozy, charming and extremely comfortable. Our landlord was extremely helpful and hospitable, and the apartment is close to the center of Florence, but in a quiet residential neighborhood.

It was easy to get to the apartment from the train station. Sr. Beltrame was waiting outside so it was easy to tell we had arrived at the right place. After showing us the apartment, Lorenzo stayed long enough to tell us about the neighborhood and to give us several excellent recommendations for restautants that are not in the tour guides of Florence.

The apartment was extremely beautiful and comfortable. We were only four people, but it would have easily been fine for six as well. It was even nicer than we expected. We were delighted with the ammenities, location and comfort. Sr. Lorenzo Beltrame was an excellent host.

Sr. Beltrame arrived exactly on time at check-out and was kind enough to call a taxi for us. He also helped carry the luggage down the two flights of stairs.

It's easy to set your sights into the center of Florence, but if you go right out the door instead of left--you come to the Piazza de Liberte--a great place to pick up the bus to Fiesole--and just another block in that direction is a fabulous pastry place, just passed a wonderful restaurant--Perseus--definitely not full of tourists and excellent.

It was a beautiful, clean, modern apartment--just renovated and designed with the visitor's comfort in mind. The beds were extremely comfortable and we were extremely grateful for the airconditioning during this hot summer.

The owner of the property took a great deal of time and care to make sure that our stay was pleasant. The apartment was very clean and in a perfect location to all of the sites that we wanted to cover. We were offered one on a lower floor that was identical to the listed one, so we took that one to save the walk up more flights of stairs.
I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone who asked for one.

On reaching Florence a staff member met us at the accomodation as arranged by previous emails. During check in the staff member was very courteous and also provided some local information.

The accomodation was very comfortable and spacious. The cookng and dining facilities were of a high standard.
Nearby are resturants (one down stairs). The Doumo is a fifteen minute walk down the road. Also nearby are supermarkets to buy food for eating in.

During checkout the owner met us at the arranged time at the accomodation. Again the service was courteous and transport to the train Station was arranged for us.

Francesca and Lorenzo were wonderful! Francesca met us at the apartment when we arrived in Florence on Sat. morning and showed us around inside. She even welcomed us with a delicious gift of choclates!

The location was perfect for our visit - we walked everywhere and were near many of the main attractions in the city, as well as just a short walk from where our daughter was living (-we went over to visit her while she was studying there.) The apartment has two complete baths and the bedrooms are at opposite ends of the apt - this could easily accomodate two couples - plus there is a hide-a-bed in the living area that could accomodate 2 additional people. Nice size for a larger family or group of people. It was a nice place to return in the evening after a long day of walking and sightseeing.

Francesca offered to arrange for a taxi to pick us up the morning that we checked out. The taxi was there right on schedule at 7:15 Friday morning and we made it to the airport in plenty of time, no hassle.

Had satellite TV, a hairdryer AND a curling iron. There was an iron and an ironing board available...lots of storage in both bedrooms if you were ataying awhile. If you want you can have a phone for the duration of your stay but that is an extra fee. Has AC - which we didn't need in March but would be great to have in the summertime!

Perfect for our needs. I would tell them everything I have mentioned above. I would definitly recommend this apartment to anyone I knew who was traveling to Florence and wanted similar accomodations.

great accomodations. a little further away from the sights, but that can be good. Clean,and new. very comfortable beds and bathrooms. Kitchen was nice but we really didn't use it. Couldn't figure out the toaster and forgot to ask
