My wife and I had a wonderful time. The location of the Loft was perfect for our stay in Florence. I would recommend the unit and the city to anyone.

Spacious, clean, and centrally located. The building was easy to find, and there were local stores with great grocery supplies within easy walking distance. Remember to bring a laptop with video CD's as there was only MTV in English.

The rooms on the website looked a bit nicer then the one we got, but I guess that has to do with availability and number of guests. Overall we had a very nice appartment.

It was great that we could arrange the checking out procedure ourselves. We were able to check out later then stated on the website, this way we were able to leave our luggage there for a bit longer and enjoy our last morning in the city.

A small negative point is that there are not a lot of dining possibilities close by, you have to walk back to the city center. Although not that far, after a long day of sightseeing it would have been nice to have a nice restaurant closer by.
The staff, in our case Tommaso, was very nice and helpfull. But most of the time he was not available at the appartment itself, we were able to reach him on his mobile phone most of the time, but I can imagine that other people like to have someone at the site in case of questions or problems.

Firenze Loft is a very nice looking and spacious appartment. Although there's quite a lot of noise in the street, once inside it's very quiet. We enjoyed staying there very much!

We expected a welcome and breakfast basket and only received a welcome basket after we requested it.
However, the apartment was clean and we were happy with everything else.

The property was great and thommaso (I guess he is the manager) was very polite and very helpful.
The room itself was perfect and exactly as I had expected.
The only thing we were disppointed in was that the website said that all rooms had DVD's and CD players which ours did not. However when we checked the voucher it did not say that we would have either of these. As a consequence we think the website is a little misleading.

Thommoso was very helpful and allowed us to store our luggage as we were not leaving until later that night.
Check out time of 10am is a bit early though!

We have receommended the loft to friends. We really appreciated having the extra space rather than staying in a small hotel room.
It was clean, bright and modern and I'd definitely stay there again.
The only thing I would change would be to move it just a bit closer to the station. But hey, Florence is a great city to walk around.

The internet connection was not well explained.

we had liked to watch german tv-programms, or like published on the website, to borrow some DVDs. Even the foodbasket was not so good, may be some bread, butter and milk!

Nobody has informed us when we really should have left the accomodation. So the manager at 10 a.m. still was asleep.. the voucher said, checkout bevor 10 a.m.

I would recommand this place. We`ve really liked it! It`s a very quiet and nice modern accomodation close to the old city!

The proprietor gave me the best room (I know because he showed me all the other ones. The place was spacious, serene, quiet, and chock full of amenities. The only thing was that the coverings on the chairs & couches were stained and dirty. They need to be washed. My travel companion was put off by that. Also, there were photos of a large TV, but when I got there it was a tiny tv w/ no cable. In order to get cable I would have to move everything into the bedroom. I told him that the room needed a full length mirror. I think they could add some nice touches like a rug and cd player as well. There was no music there.

All in all, the proprietor was very nice, helpful and wanted to make my stay as comfortable as possible. I have already recommended this place to numerous people and would definitely stay there again.
