• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from midday, Check Out before 10am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No, breakfast is not included but the apartments have the necessary to prepare you own breakfast.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, heating is included.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  No, we prefer upon departure.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French, Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are two floors and yes there is one lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, all of them.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Linens and towels are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, there are no terraces.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, there are no balconies.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do have non smoking aparments.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, satellite TV, DVD and Dolby Surround system.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Each apartment is equipped with a mobile telephone.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is without any extra charge and it is not seasonal.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  No, there is not.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Every apartment have an internet access point (ADSL). On demand is possible to have a PC inside the apartment.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  There is a parking two steps away but it is not free.
• Where can we rent a car?
  AVIS - V. Borgognissanti. You can ask at the reception for further information.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  3 km. Airport Vespucci (Firenze nord Peretola).
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, but there is a shuttle service from the airport to the central station Santa Maria Novella.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Two steps away from the residence in Via CAvour or Piazza San Marco.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  1 km. S.M Novella.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, sorry.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, but there are many nice restaurants nearby.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  ADSL modem only.
