We were greeted by two people, one who spoke excellent english. This helped because we spoke only a little Italian. They walked us through the apartment we would be staying in, explaining how to use the many features such as the washing machine and dishwasher. They even had a nice bottle of wine for us and a bowl of fresh fruit! We felt extremely well cared for and could tell they genuinely cared that we would be happy staying there! Very warm and friendly!

The residence was absolutely beautiful and immaculate! The furnishings, bathroom, beds were brand new, tastefully decorated and very comfortable! The location was excellent, very near the Duomo, many places to eat and other services we would need. The large windows allowed us to let in fresh air. The lighting was bright throughout.

We met 4 different staff members while we were there, and they were all very accomodating and very polite - friendly and warm. Checkout took less than a few minutes.

It was very hard to find, as it is located in a residential building and the only signage was a small nameplate on the exterior of the building. Perhaps you could add the name of the cross street that it is very near to (I can't remember the name of the cross street). Also let people know that they must press the buzzer to be let in.

It was unbelievably wonderful, absolutely perfect! By far it was the finest accomodation we stayed in during our 2 weeks in Italy! I recommend it highly! We had privacy, quiet, all of the amenities of our own home, state of the art electronics and it was extremely spacious. Very luxurious accomodations and the very best value for the money! When I return to Florence I will most definitely stay with Residence First of Florence again! We loved it!

The street numbering is a little odd in Via dei Servi which is not the property's fault, still it wouldn't hurt for them to give a little extra illumination in their discription as a result.

The voucher stated that there were two twin beds and one double and one pull out couch. There were no twin beds. Fortunately it worked for us. The accomodations were wonderful and we would stay again in an instant. Walking directions from the train station would be helpful.

Fabulous, wonderful, a great place to come back to after a day of sightseeing. We almost hated to leave the apartment. We had a great dinner there.

Our room was beautiful and very comfortable. The only issue we encountered was that there was no extra bedding and not bedding on the sleeper sofa. Because it was a weekend, there was no one available to assist.

Our apartment, by far was the crown jewel during our visit to Europe. It was everything we expected and better. It was very quiet and didn't see anyone after our initial encounter with the receptionist. I will certainly recommend your management group for future trave!

Laura was extremely helpful in getting us to the apartment. The train we were on decided to skip the SMN stop so she sent the driver to the train stop were the train terminated.

You cannot appreciate the location of this apartment on the website. It is central to everywhere.

Great for a family of 5. Much better than a hotel room (or two if there are more than 4 of you). Very relaxing after walking all day. Bakery and restaurants just down the street. The washer/dryer (one machine does both) was a blessing to have.

I don't think a web site can do justice to how beautiful and comfortable this place is.

This was a beautiful facility located in the heart of Florence. Accomodations were all that are advertised and more. The kitchen was even stocked for breakfast and lunch. We hated to leave!

Every thing went very well. They even sent a taxi to the airport to give us a ride to the apartment

The only problem was that there wasn't any staff at the property during our stay. We only saw them at the time of check in & check out. So if we had any question, we didn't know how to get hold of them.

THere wasn't any staff at the property during our stay so if someone is looking to get assistance they shouldn't stay at this property but if they are independent and know how to manage without any assistance then this is a great place for them. Another problem was noise level. We couldn't sleep after 6 a.m. because of either street cleaning or the fact that people start going to work but that was the price we paid for being in the middle of the town and close to everything. Overall we loved the place and I would go back to this property again.

Beautiful apartment right in the middle of town close to all tourist atractions. Best place to stay for a family or a group of frineds. Very clean, great welcome fruit basket and their first day shopping was wonderful addition.

It was absolutely amazing!! and I would defnitely return. The most friendly and accommodating staff and eveything was so clean and first day shopping was provided. We all had a fantastic time in the accommodation!

First of Florence is an excellent place to stay. It's very well located. The apartment was beautiful and very well equipped. The staff was very nice and helpful. The only downside was that we were told that there was an elevator, which is true, but it doesn't go to all floors so it's hard for people who can't move around easily... But apart from that tiny little thing it was perfect and I would highly recommend it to everyone!!

The first day shopping is very generous so it's almost like there's breakfast included...
