• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-in: from 1:00 pm.
  Check-out: before midday.
  You can check-in at any time and leave the bags in the hotel before the room is ready. After the check-out you can also leave the bags in front of the reception before you leave Florence.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Continental breakfast is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French, Spanish, German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  2 floors served by elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Most of our rooms are perfectly quiet. The rooms have more or less the same style, which is a little romantic.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  4 rooms only have a terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Two rooms have a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, Tv is in all rooms. No international channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  All rooms have air conditioning. No fees.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, it's ADSL free of charge Internet computer for our clients. It supports also Japanese and other languages.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  We have an agreement with: 24 Hours parking costs 25 Eur for a car. 35 Eur for minivans and deluxe cars.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Borgognissanti is a street 15 minutes away from our Hotel where all the rental cars are located. We can help you booking your car.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  FLR Florence Peretola.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Piazza Indipendenza.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  "Santa Maria Novella" Central Station
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes.
