• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 4pm until 8pm, Check Out before 10.30am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is included and it is a typical Italian breakfast.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, but it is not necessary.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Italian and English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The building have 3 floors; we have no elevator;the B&B is on the second floor.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All the rooms are quiet, private and romantic.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  We provide linens and towels.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Two of the rooms have a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  All the rooms are non smoking rooms.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  All rooms are equipped with satellite TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  All rooms have a telephone with direct dialling.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  All rooms are air-conditioned. There is no extra charge for this. Air conditioning is on for all the year.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes, in Aurora room.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, there is a garage in the nearby with a special price for our guests.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Near the B&B, 300m form the property.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  "A. Vespucci" Airport, at 4 Km from the B&B.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Piazza Duomo stop and Piazza San Marco stop at 100m. from the B&B.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Santa Maria Novella Railway Station, at 300m. from the B&B.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  All the bathrooms have a Jacuzzi hydro-massage.
• Are pets welcome?
  No.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes.
