We had a wonderful welcome from Eleanora who was friendly and helpful, suggesting restaurants nearby etc. She also came back to the flat when she heard that I was unwell. Her concern was much appreciated. The flat was spacious clean and comfortable . Very quiet and restful.

The apartment was spacious and well lighted. It was nicer than I had anticipated. The bedroom and the entire apartment were extremely quiet. The kitchen was well equipped.

Alessandro was most accomodating to me and to members of my family who joined me during the last two weeks. He kept in touch by email. Utility expenses seemed very fair.

The apartment was much more liveable than any I have had in Florence. It is reasonable priced, is located in the Oltrarno, my favorite neighborhood, and is near restaurants and shops, a two-minute walk to Santo Spirito. I am looking forward to a return visit.

The apartment was very clean. We felt very safe and comfortable. We were very happy with the location. We could walk everywhere we needed to go. It was great staying in an apartment because we could cook when we didn't feel like going out. If I came back I would stay there again.

The location of the flat is very good, on the 'other side of Arno (the river)', but very centrally located, for access to the very many places of interest, charming restaurants and shops etc, on both sides of the river. The flat was well equipped,and provided a good base for seeing the city and relaxing in between.
