• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 10am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Price is per room.

  No, it isn't.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, German, Spanish and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  5 floors and 2 elevators.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, all rooms are particularly quiet and romantic.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Yes, some rooms have a terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes, some rooms have balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we have.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, all rooms are equipped with satellite TV and direct line telephone.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes there is, without extra charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, but you can use the Business center at the Grand Hotel, Florence, just opposite the square.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there isn't.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Private Garage available on request 500 meters far from the hotel.
• Where can we rent a car?
  On request at the concierge desk.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Amerigo Vespucci airport is at 5 km. from the Hotel, by taxi is around 20 minutes.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Car transfer on request.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Borgo Ognissanti.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Santa Maria Novella 1 km. 10 minutes walking distance.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No there isn't. You can use the Fitness room at the Grand Hotel, just in front.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes they are.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes there is. "Il Cestello" restaurant.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes you can.
