• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accomodations, Check in from 3 pm until 8pm, Check out before 10 am. Your arrival departure time may change upon previous request.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Per room/apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Only in the Suite I Limoni continental breakfast is included.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, it is.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English and Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Apt. Lillà, ground floor; Iris and Limoni; second floor. without elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, all our rooms are very private, peaceful, quiet and romantic.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, lines and towels are provided, by us.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they don't.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  TV, but without international channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there is not.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No, there is not, ventilators are at disposal of our guests.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  The terrace overlooking Florence during summer.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No. we don't have an Internet point.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, from may till september.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, in the private road in front of the property's gate.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Yes in Florence or in the Airport, or we can organize it for you from Casale Fontibucci.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, 50 meters from the property.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence Airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we don't but on request we can book a taxi for you.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Case di San Romolo, just few minutes away.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Florence "Santa Maria Novella" Station and Florence "Campo di Marte" Station.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, but only small size, on request.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, but only fews minutes by car there is a nice "Trattoria Toscana".
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, is not possible connect inside the room.
