By Car from Rome and Milan:
-Take "A1 highway"
1) Leave the A1 Highway at Firenze Sud 's tollgate.
2) Drive along the linking stretch of the Highway for 800 meters and turn right direction Bagno a Ripoli and then Pontassieve - Rosano.
3) After 2 km you will find a roundabout, take the direction Candeli
4) After 1 km in Candeli village tourn right at the trafic light, direction Villamagna - Case di San Romolo
5) After 5 km. cross Villamagna village direction Le Case di San Romolo
6) After 1 km, when you read the sign Le Case di San Romolo, tourn right, you'll find Via Fontibucci, keep strigh on the main road when you find the warning notice, go on, Casale Fontibucci is at n.5 of this road.
By Bus:
from Santa Maria Novella Railway Station you can catch the bus number 33, direction "La Fonte", get off at "Roma 20" stop. Here you have to catch the bus line 48, direction "VILLAMAGNA" and get off at the stop "CASA DI SAN ROMOLO".
From Casale Fontibucci to Florence centre you have fist to catch the bus number 48, direction "Ponte a Niccheri" untill you reach "La Fonte" bus stop. Get off and take the bus line number 33 direction "Stazione SMN". |
