• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 4pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Price is per apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  You have to supply breakfast by yourself, because you have equipped kitchen area.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Italian, English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 3 floors with elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  They are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  One of the two apartments has a terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Television is provided, but without satellite channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Air conditioning is provided on request and for an extra charge.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes, the dining-room is quite big.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, in each apartment.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, on request and for an extra charge.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Close by.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence airport, at about 20 minutes by car.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, but there is a taxi station in front of the building.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  At 5 minutes walking distance.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  At 10 minutes walk, Santa Maria Novella.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  no
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, for an extra charge.
