This is a wonderful hotel with a very modern feel in an historic city. Close to central travel, easily accessible from highways and just a short walk to the Arno.

We were a little early and the room was not ready but they offered to give us another room. They did however tell us the original room was nicer so we waited 30 mins for the original and the room was lovely. They offered us coffee whilst we waited which was nice.

We borrowed a plug convertor fom the hotel when we realised we had the wrong one with us. They also let us borrow an umberella when it rained which was handy.

A very nice, clean, quiet hotel. Not too far from the centre which was very convenient. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Rooms were smaller than anticipated.
Breakfast service was poor - insufficient staff. The one member on duty did work very hard to try and serve all the guests.

Hotel was a few minutes farther away from the sites than I expected but it was very quiet. Also had great air conditioning (important!!) and a high tech key system.

Modern, contemporary design, nice staff, high tech. Staff spoke English very well and was helpful in making reservations for us and giving directions. Comfortable.

Can't remember what the website said exactly, but if it is not stated, you should say that breakfast is included and that the hotel is within a 15 minute walk of all of the major attractions in Florence.

A great hotel for budget travelers - spacious and comfortable, very clean, modern decor, friendly and helpful staff, centrally located, nice reakfast. I would definitely go back!

Very nice but we did not get a double bed although we had ooked it in the bookig but two single beds pushed together. When we aske though we got one for the remaining three nights

We stayed here before and wanted to come back - it is a nice modern clean hotel with great staff and great rooms in a great location.
The breakfast is pretty dire though and with very little expense could be improved which would make a substantial difference to te quality of the stay.

florence has very complicated organisation of the streets and traffic so all kinds of directions are never clear enough and it is normal to get lost a few times before finding the hotel.

the only bad service is the fact that satelite tv is not really a satelite tv because the only two chanells that are not sinchronised od italian are CNN and one sport chanell.

parking is small but really nice and not avaiable from anywhere but the hotel whitch is very good.

Everything was perfect!The receptionist was very helpful and very willing to give us any information regarding directions to the city and to the sightseeing.She also gave us a map of the city and indicated the hotel.

The location is central to Mercato Nuevo and the train station. It is not central to sites such as Ponte Vecchio but it is a nice 30 min walk. The breakfast was very sufficient. My room was a single room but was very small for the price I paid (85 Euros but it included New Year's Eve). But everything was very clean. The wall were very very thin, you could hear conversations all around. I did wish I brough ear plugs. But if you are tired enough, you will fall asleep with ease as I did.
