• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from midday until 11.30pm, Check Out before 10am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Prices are per room or per apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is included.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, it is included.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  No, it is not possible.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English and Italian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The rooms and apartment are all located on the ground floor, lift is not necessary.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  The rooms are very quiet, the furnishing are restored with the intention of recreating the "Old Florence style", giving to the rooms a traditional atmosphere.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Linens and towels are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  All the rooms are connected with the garden of the residence.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, there are no balconies.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  There is a TV in each room, without international channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  There is no telephone in the rooms.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is air conditioning in the rooms and there is no extra charge for this. Please note that it is working from 8am until 1pm and from 5pm until 10pm.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  There is no dining room.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we do not but there are several Internet points within short walking distance.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  The residence has a special card to park in the centre, near the residence.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At the airport Vespucci - Peretola, or in Piazzale di Porta al Prato, 1 km from the residence.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Amerigo Vespucci airport of Florence.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Is in Piazza San Marco, 300 metres from the residence.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Santa Maria Novella Station.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, pets are welcome.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not but being located in the city centre there are many nice restaurants within short walking distance.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, you can not.
