The place is very clean as described by other reviews. The only thing that I was very happy about was that I found out when I arrived that I had to park my car on the street since I arrived late at night (with a paid parking permit for one day)

The gentleman that helped us check in was very friendly and helpful. He arranged for our taxi service for the next morning, and gave us a credit on the price since we were leaving too early for breakfast.

Stefano was very helpful and voluntarily provided us with information about Florence.

During our stay, the air conditioning was not working properly; however, Stefano made every effort to remedy the situation, brought fans for us to use, and gave us a discount on the room price.

We did not use the breakfast vouchers every day and were given a discount at check-out. The manager was very friendly and gracious.

There was not someone there at all times. They were, however, very responsive to our phone calls and even left a note in the room clarifying check-out time and account. We were traveling without a cell phone.

Very good value. Clean, quiet location. Very accommodating management and staff. Helpful with practical 'getting around' questions. My daughter especially liked the court yard. Our room actually had two showers - with no shortage of hot water and good water pressure. No complaints - would stay there again. This was our first visit to Italy and a great start!

Rooms were spacious, but the bathroom extrator was not working properly

When we arrived there (around 1pm) there was nobody, but they have left a note for us with a telephone number to phone, to make the check in. We phoned about 100 times but there was no answer, so we had to wait about 3 hours with all our luggage in the street since someone came and opened us. We could left our luggage, but the room was not ready.
Arround 7 pm, the manager appeared and he appologized and invited us to a great breakfast every morning. Was the only problem. The rest was excellent.

The website etc. stated it would be 'bed and breakfast' but only 'bed' was provided. Also the appartement was less new than the website led us to expect.

That it only provides beds, no breakfast.
