• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 3pm, Check Out before 10am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is not included in the price.
• Is heating included in the price?
  No.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French, Italian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  We are located on two floors and do not have an elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  They are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  All the apartments have satellite TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is and it is included.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No but there is Internet connection in every apartement.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes. In summer season.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, there is free parking available around our property.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent a car in the city.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Firenze.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Only 5 minutes from the hotel.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Firenze Campo di Marte.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Only small pets are welcome.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, but guests are free to use the typical cellar in the basement for private lunches and dinners.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, we have internet access in every apartement on request with an extra charge. The computer is not provided, though.
