• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from midday until 7pm, Check Out before 10am.
  In case of late check in after 7 p.m. please contact us.
  In case of late check in after midnight an extra charge will be applied. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Abundant healthy Mediterranean breakfast included in the price.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, it is.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, the bill have to be settled on arrival.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Italian, English and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 4 floors in the building. The Residenza d'Epoca Palazzo Galletti is situated on the first floor.
  There is no elevator because we are located in a prestigious historical building.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All our rooms are quiet, private and very romantic.
  They are the ideal choice for honeymooners, too.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  They are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Every bedroom opens onto a private and very quiet balcony, allowing relaxing moments.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  The bedroom opens onto an open private balcony overlooking the ancient court of the palace and the famous Pergola theatre.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No, we do not.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, each room has a flat screen TV with international channels.
  
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Each room has individually controlled air conditioning free of charge.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  No, there is not.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we do not but each room has plugs for Internet access.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, there is a garage opposite Palazzo Galletti where our guests benefit of some discounts.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Ask the front desk.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airport is Airport Galileo Galilei in Florence.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus-stop is in Via Bufalini.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  S. Maria Novella railway station.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not but there is the possibility of booking relaxing bio-energetic massages (on payment and upon request).
• Are pets welcome?
  No, sorry.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can connect your modem and surf the Internet from your own room. (extra charge depending on consumption).
