| Cancellation Policy | |
We do not accept reservation of more than 2 rooms together. From 5 to 2 days before the arrival day 1 night of penalty. 1 day before 50% of the total amount with a minimum of 1 night. Same day and No Show 90% of the total amount with a minimum of 1 night. For reservation of 2 rooms together and for long stay over 5 nights, we will notify the new cancellation policy.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 144 hours before your arrival date. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE" |
