• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-in is 2.00 PM, and check-out is at 11.00 AM.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Buffet Breakfast is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  The reception desk is staffed 24 hours a day so our guest can settle the bill when they like.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French, German and Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  3 Floor and there is small elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  We have two rooms with the view on the Medicee Chappels, 6 rooms are on the the back, very quiet and rest of the rooms are on the front.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  All the rooms are nom smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  All the rooms have satellite TV with CNN and SportsTV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  All the rooms have a telephone with direct dialling.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  All the rooms have air conditioning, no extra charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  In the Hall next to reception there is a PC with free internet access.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  The hotel doesn' t have a private parking, but there is a garage (Garage Giglio) located just 100m away from the hotel and costs Euro 24,00 per day, or if you want a less expensive parking, we have a special agreement with a parking located about 800m away ( Parterre - Piazza della Libertà ) that cost Euro 10,00 per day.
• Where can we rent a car?
  In Via Borgo Ognissanti, there are many car rental agencies.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence City Airport Amerigo Vespucci (Peretola).
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we have not.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Santa Maria Novella Train station.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Santa Maria Novella Train station.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, they are not.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes you can.
