Cancellation to be notified at least: 1 month prior to arrival - bookings made > 6 months before arrival 10 full days before (eg Dec 12 arrival - Dec 1 cut-off) - bookings made 14 days - 6 months prior 4 full days before (eg Dec 12 arrival - Dec 7 cut-off) - bookings made 6 - 13 days prior 1 full day before (eg Dec 12 arrival - Dec 10 cut-off) - bookings made 2 - 5 days prior Penalty: max. 80% of the total amount owing. Client "NO SHOW" - total amount is payable.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 240 hours before your arrival date. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE" |
