• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 10am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.

• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, heating is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you have to pay cash at the check in.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English and Italian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The apartment is located on the 2nd and top floor (without a lift).
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  The apartment is quiet, private and romantic.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, we furnish linens and towels.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  The apartment has a little terrace.

  No, but we have an agreement in a nearby garage but we need to reserve it on time!
• Where can we rent a car?
  You may rent a car in rental agencies in Florence.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Amerigo Vespucci airport in Florence is the nearest.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, but you can take a taxi.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus stop is about 300 metres from the apartment in front of the Duomo.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The apartment is about 500 meters from Santa Maria Novella railway station.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  Yes, there is a Jacuzzi tub.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, pets are not allowed.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is no restaurant in the apartment.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
