• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes buffet breakfast, served from 7.30am till 10am.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French and Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Three floors, and a lift is available from the first floor.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, we have rooms with views over the Medici's Chapels and Florence rooftops.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes, one superior room has a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, Sky Tv (free on air channels and Par per View).
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, every room is equipped with a phone.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, in the B.B. Bar you'll find a laptop free of charge equipped with a High Speed Internet Connection.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, external to the hotel there is a private garage for an extra charge.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Near the Florence railway station you'll find an area where most of the car rentals are located.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Amerigo Vespucci located in Firenze (Peretola), 6 km away.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, but we can organize such service upon request.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  It's located in Piazza dell'Unita' Italiana. Many buses stop there.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Firenze Santa Maria Novella, which is just 400 metres away.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, but an external one can be found within 200 metres.
• Are pets welcome?
  No.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, but the staff will be glad to assist you reserving or recommending some.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes. Also, in each room you will find a High Speed Internet Connection Facility that you can use for free.
