• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Price is per room per night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, if you prefer.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French and a little German
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Our hotel is located at the 2nd floor ans we have lift in the building.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, we dispose of 5 romantic rooms.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Just 3 of our 20 rooms have a terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, only terrace.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Each room has sat colour TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Each room has its own telephone.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Our hotel disposes of air condiotioning and there no extra charge for this. Air conditioning is seasonal.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, but our rooms dispose of internet plug.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, we have a convention with a private garage located nearby the hotel that costs Euro 20.00 per 24 hours.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Hertz, Avis, Europecar have their rental point in Borgo Ognissanti, the same street where we are.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The airport is at 4 km. from the Hotel, by taxi is around 20 minutes.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  On request.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Our hotel is located near the train station, so there are many bus-stops at few meters from our hotel.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  200 mt. 5 minutes walking distance.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, but less than 10 Kg.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, but our guests can find many goog restaurants at few meters from our hotel.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can.
