After travelling all day & night, was noisy in morning, because close to office. A room farther back would have been wonderful. Otherwise, it was lovely.

Charming and close to everything. Had a wonderfully large bathroom and shower. Loved the little lift/elevator to main floor. Highly recommend it.

After staying at a different hotel in Florence, we wished it could have been as nice as Hotel Goldini. Also, the staff at Hotel Goldini was more helpful than any other place. Excellent recommendations all around. Very pleased. Hate to see the translation from euros to dollars, but otherwise a wonderful experience.

Very spacious, clean and environmentally friendly. When you leave the room, and remove your door key the lights automatically turn off. The suite had a sitting room that was quite spacious. Very nice hotel.

It was late in the evening, upon arrival the lift was inoperational and had just gone out of service, by the next day it was back up and running. Bad timing for us as we had to carry our luggage up two stories, but I am sure this was out of anybodies control.

Great location. Convenient for shopping, sight seeing, the river and restaurants. Definitely stay there again.

The room exceeded our expectations! The location was perfect and very easy to find. The only disappointment was the automatic coffee dispenser, it does not compare to a freshly made expresso machine.

A little problem on elevator.
The elevator is old one, there are an out-door and an in-door
If these two doors are not closed, the elevator does not operate.
Frequently this happens during our stay.
I think some measures should be neccessary, for example, alarm or warning sound..

This was the nicest hotel we stayed at during our ten day visit to Italy. Thanks to the Hotel Goldoni our visit to Florence was quite wonderful.

We thought the connection with Mozart was enchanting. We also took a trip arranged by the hotel to a winery which turned out to be a highlight in our visit.

Teh rooms were not super fancy according to US standards but were very nice and very good for European standards. Good size room and bath with tub (always a plus)

Tours available through private companies that the hotel can book for you. Did a trip to wine country that was excellent and a bargain 1/2 day trip for 39 euros. Also would mention the ideal location. Right next to the Arno (river)a few blocks fromt the Pont de Vecchio (oldest bridge) and a very short (less than 10 minutes) to the Duomo. Also close to the train/bus station (about 5 minute walk) and the open market.

Great accomodations very simple and clean. Very helpful staff. Excellent experience - would highly recommend. (not super fancy rooms but very clean)

Arrived by train from Rome, a short taxi ride to the hotel (about 10 Euros). Suggest using luggage with wheels and not any larger than 26 inches.
The entrance/building is very European and the lift was very quaint, charming and very much like something out of 007, we enjoyed it. The folks at the desk were nice and accommodating, just great.

We had the only room with a balcony, the view was into the court yards, not much to see but quiet and plenty of fresh air. Work was being done next door, however, we did not notice much noise.
We would stay there again.

Not able to exchange travelers checks, (negative), however, we did manage to find the American Express office.

Good location and good value, it's got everything you need, small bar limited selection, AC in the room, it's a very good location to the city sights. We met many nice people, locals and tourists. The locals are very helpful. Be sure to visit the Farm and sign up for the cooking tour, it's good fun.

When we arrived we first thought we had not come to the right hotel due to the hotel entrance. The entrance was far beyond our expectations. But when we understood that the reception was on the 3rd floor, everything was ok.

the room was the size of a handkerchief, the windows let out on a shaft that the management jokingly referred to as a 'courtyard' my request for a larger room was turned down.
