 “I Chiostri” Restaurant: In the two dining rooms, we offer an appetizing menu that varies with the seasons, wishing to satisfy both the “curious” palate of those who are in search of the most typical dishes of our region and those who appreciate an international cuisine enriched by the art of our chef. From April to October, it is also available “I Chiostri”, outdoor restaurant, where you will enjoy great food and stunning views of the famous Piazza Santa Maria Novella. |
 Roof Top Swimming Pool, Solarium & Panoramic Terrace: From June to September, at the Grand Hotel Minerva, you can relax at the edge of a swimming pool located on the top sixth floor and enjoy a 360° view over the city. Businessmen, tourists or families with children, can refresh themselves with drinks, fresh fruit juice, blended vegetable and tasty salads, thanks to the service offered by the snack bar. |
 Conference and Meeting Services: There are 6 meeting rooms available at the Grand Hotel Minerva for a maximum capacity of 80 persons (theatre style). All the meeting rooms, besides being naturally very luminous, have characteristics that make them a pleasant meeting space and workplace. The hotel restaurant can accommodate up to 100 persons and provide coffee breaks, business lunch and gala dinners for successful meetings. |
