• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-in: from 02.00 pm or earlier if available rooms.
  Check-out: before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes. Buffet Breakfast.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  If necessary.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, Spanish, French, German, Russian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  5 Floors and the Terrace with two lifts.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  7 rooms have balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, Satellite Tv.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?

• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes.
• Is parking or garage available?
  We have an agreement with a garage nearby.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At the reception.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  We can arrange it.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  50 meters.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Santa Maria Novella (200 meters)
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  Not inside but 150 meters away there is a free gym for our guests. Jacuzzi in some of the rooms.
• Are pets welcome?
  Small animals on request.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes.
