• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from midday until 7pm, Check Out before 11am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per night per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  It depends on wich room type you choose. Please see the facilities page for more information.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, heating is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you must.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak English, French, a little Spanish and Italian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The building has 2 floors without a lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All our rooms are soundfproofed, even if the sourroundigs are quiet. All our rooms are very romantic and cosy.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, linens and towels are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  There is a courtyard at the ground floor, available for the Suites only.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  There is a TV in the Golden Suite (no international chanlles), and a TV with international channels in the Theatre Suite.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is the air conditioning, without extra charge for this.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  No.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  There is a modem connection in each suite.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  There is a garage at 30 metres away from our B&B.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent a car near the airport or near the railway station, in Maso Finiguerra Street.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Amerigo Vespucci Airport in Florence is at 20 minutes by taxi from our B&B.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus-stops are in S. Marco Square and in
  "Via XXVII Aprile", both at 50 metres far from the B&B.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The central railway station S.M.Novella is at 7 minutes walk from the Realais Grand Tour.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  All the Suites have an hydromassage bath or a multijects shower with sauna.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, pets are not welcome.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  In all the Suites there is a modem connection.
