Located in the historical town centre, in "Via Santa Reparata 21", Relais Grand Tour is a few minutes walk from Santa Maria del Fiore's Cathedral, San Marco Square, the Academy Gallery, the Medicis' Chapels, San Lorenzo's Church, and other major tourist attractions are all nearby. It stands in one of the liveliest corners of the city, where you can find little typical restaurants and enjoy your shopping both in the most fashionable boutiques and in San Lorenzo's market with its stalls of typical florentine products.
Our Bed & Breakfast is conveniently situated five minutes walk from the train station of Santa Maria Novella, well served by public transport, and only 10 km from the A. Vespucci airport which offers a car-rental service. If you are travelling by car, there is a garage 40 m. from the Relais. There are also places nearby where you can rent bicycles. |

By Air: the Airport Amerigo Vespucci is at 20 minutes by taxi from uor B&B.
By Train: our Bed & Breakfast is conveniently situated at 5 minutes walk from the central railway station S. M.Novella, well served by public transport. Bus line n° 1 - 7 - 10 - 17 - 25 get off at "S.Marco Square" . Buy bus tickets at the newspaper shop inside the railway station.
By Car: from Highway A1 (Rome-Milan) exit at "Firenze Sud". Approach the city center by following signs "Viali di Circonvallazione". Drive along the tree-lined avenues that are around the city center until you reach "Piazza della Libertà" - turn on "Via Cavour" - drive for 3 blocks to reach "San Marco Square", turn right on "Via degli Arazzieri"- in the second street on the left (Via Santa Reparata, 21) you will find our B&B. There is a garage at 40 metres from the Relais.
By Bus: all the bus-stops are just next to our B&B (in "S. Marco Square" and in "Via XXVII Aprile"). |
