  The Hotel Guelfa is located on the first floor of 18TH century building, and there is a lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  The Hotel Guelfa has a very quiet and confortable rooms.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Lines and towels are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, all rooms with windows.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we have it.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, Hotel Guelfa has all the rooms with Satellite TV (CNN, BBC and Eurosport).
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, but there is a pay-phone inside the hotel.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, every room is equipped with air conditioning included in the price.

  No, but there is an Internet Point close to the Hotel.

  You can't park the Car in the centre of Florence, special agreement with a local garage close to the Hotel.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent a car in Via Borgo Ognissanti.

  Florence Airport is 8 km far, Pisa airport is 80 km far from the Hotel.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, public shuttle from the airport to the railway station every 20 minutes.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  San Marco square, few metres from the Hotel.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Santa Maria Novella, few metres.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, pets are welcome.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, but there are many typical restaurants close to the hotel.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
