- At what time can we check-in and out?
All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday. - Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
The price is per room. - Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
A rich and tasty continental breakfast is included in the price. We serve coffee, cappuccino, hot chocolate, tea, fresh croissants, apple-pie, bread, brown-bread, jam, butter, cereals, bruschetta (mozzarella cheese and tomato), cheese. Upon an extra charge we do also serve parma ham, fresh fruit-salad and melon. - Can we settle the bill on arrival?
Yes you can. - Which languages are spoken at the reception?
English, French, German and Spanish. - How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
We have 4 floors in main building, two floors and a third one only for the suite/apartment in the annex. We do have an elevator. - Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
Several rooms are overlong the back side but even the rooms overlooking the main street have a three-glasses windows. All the rooms are very romantic because are all equipped with antique furnitures. - Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
No, they do not. - Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
We do only have one executive room with a lovely balcony. - Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
Yes, we do. - Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
Yes, in every room there is a colour Sat/TV with international channels. - Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
Yes, there is. - Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
All the rooms are air-conditioned. No extra charge to be paid. - Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
Yes, we do. Our guests can find an Internet workstation in the reading room. Extra fee to be paid. - Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
No, there is not. - Is parking or garage available?
Yes there is a car parking behind the hotel with a valet service from/to the hotel upon an extra cost. - Where can we rent a car?
We can arrange it by phone and then you go to pick it up at the rental places which are only 15 minutes walking far from the hotel. - Which is the nearest airport?
Amerigo Vespucci Airport. - Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
We can arrange it by paying an extra charge. - Which is the nearest bus-stop?
San Marco. - Which is the nearest railway station?
Santa Maria Novella, the main railway station. - Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
No, there is not. - Are pets welcome?
Yes, they are welcome. - Is there a restaurant in the Property?
No, there is not. - Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
