The building, overlooking the main "Corso" from S. Maria Novella Station to the Duomo, is made up of 17 rooms situated on three floors. There is an elevator from the first floor and a special platform for disabled people from the groundfloor. |
 In the morning a substantial buffet is available consisting of tea, coffee, fruit juices, cereals, yoghurt, ham, mixed salami, cheese, and various other delicacies.
