• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Prices are per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No, american buffet breakfast is not included in the price of the room. Breakfast is € 26,00 per person, 10% VAT included.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French, German, Greek.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  5 floors, with elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes, some rooms have a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?

• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?

• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?

  There is a nearby private garage, with preferential pricing for hotel guests. Valet service for pick up and delivery.

  You can rent a car near the train station of S.Maria Novella.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The airport is far 20 minutes by taxi from the hotel.
