On the top floor of a recently restored "Palazzo" in via S.Spirito, one of the prestigious streets of Florence where still well-known noble families actually live. The apartment is composed of two double bedrooms with windows facing the street that overviews the gorgeous dome (cupola) and bell-tower of the church carrying the same name. The rooms are elegantly decorated with original brick-floors and high ceilings. It has a living/dining-room with a kitchen corner in typical country style. From the living-room there is a spiral staircase that leads into a beautiful loft with 360° of panoramic terrace. |
 Santo Spirito 3rd Floor:
Characteristic apartment composed of one double bedroom with decorated ceiling of the 18th century and original cotto floors of the 15th century. It has one single room that leads into another one, both with big windows overlooking the street, a bathroom with tub and a kitchen.
Santo Spirito 2nd Floor:
On the second floor of this "palazzo", two spacious and comfortable triple rooms both with windows overlooking the street. It has a marvellous wooden ceiling, an original cotto floor, a dining-room with table for 6, a kitchen corner and a bathroom with shower. |

Located in Via Borgo San Jacopo, very near Piazza Della Passera, between Palazzo "Pitti" and the Santo Spirito Church well known for its Artisans and "Antiques". Centrally located, just 50 meters from Ponte Vecchio.The apartment is located on the first floor of a historical building of the 12th Century (no elevator). The spaces are well cut and is very characteristic. |

The "Bardi" apartment is very well located only five minutes walking distance from Ponte Vecchio and Uffizi. It is situated in a historical building in a very quiet place and it has been recently renewed with a warm taste. The apartment is composed of a main double bedroom plus a sofa bed (sleeps 3). It has an open living /dining room with a confortable kitchen, a big fridge, dish-washer and washing machine. The bathroom is divided in two spaces, opposite one to the other.
