• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In any time, Check Out before 10.30am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes and also air conditioning.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, if you want.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English and Portuguese.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  We are located on the first floor (21 steps) and there is no lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, very quite and romantic rooms.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  We provide lines and towels service every 3 day.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, there are no terraces.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, there are no balconies.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we have it.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a satellite Tv in every room.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there is not.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, no extra charge.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  No, there is not.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  All the rooms are equipped with DSL line to connect to internet, free service.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, parking is available close to the property.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Borgognissanti Street - 10 minutes from here.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence 20 minutes by taxi.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  It is Possible, on request.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  There is the Serragli 3 Bus stop that is 100 meters away.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  "Santa Maria Novella" (Florence Central station) is located 15 minutes walking.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  Only on request.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, but there are many trattorie around the property.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  All the rooms are equipped with ADSL line to connect to internet, free service.
