By Plane The Peretola airport in Florence is only 11 kilometres from the property. This terminal welcomes international and regional flights so it will not be difficult to get a service to it.
By Car It will take you around 26 minutes to reach the Hotel Bernini Palace by car from Peretola airport. As you leave Sesto Fiorentino, the area where the terminal is located, go along Viale 11 Agosto and into Florence. Drive onto Via Sestese, turn right at Via Reginaldo Giuliani and after Piazza Dalmazia, take your left into Via Carlo Pisacane. You will come to a roundabout, where you must take the second exit into Via Giovanni Fabbroni. Turn right at Via Vittorio Emmanuelle II, then left in Via Trieste, and right into Via Trento and Via Bolognese. After crossing Ponte Rosso, go along Via Giacomo Matteotti and Piazzalle Donatello. Turn right at Via Vittorio Alfieri, once again in Via Giuseppe Giusti and left in Borgo Pinti. Afterwards, take your left in Via del Pilastri, right in Via dei Pepi and again in Via dei Pandolfini. Turn left in Via dell`Acqua and right in Via della Vigna Vecchia. Finally, take your left at Piazza di San Firenze and you will find the hotel at number 29, opposite Palazzo Vecchio.
By Train At Amerigo Vespuccio airport there are interurban buses reaching Santa Maria Nouvella station. Once there, you can get on buses number 23 or 14, which will leave you a few minutes walk from the Bernini Palace. If instead of landing at Peretola you are coming to Florence by train, for example from Rome, you may take the services from the Eurostar line, which arrive in Florence in around 1 hour and a half. |
